"We thoroughly enjoy our experience living in The Villas. Coming from Connecticut, we put in a lot of research to find the right place, and The Villas have it all. We are adjacent to Lehigh University facilities, enabling us to attend various events and use their great running trails. We are close to major roads, which makes it easy to reach Philadelphia, New York, the Jersey Shore and the Poconos. We have a spectacular view of South Mountain, and The Villas themselves are beautifully kept. "Lehigh Custom Homes stands true to its name. Builder Steve Strelecki and his capable team are fantastic when it comes to building a home. Having built three homes, all in major metro areas, Lehigh Custom Homes was the best experience we've had. They allowed us flexibility from the outside to the inside. We altered our floorplan, used special bricks, built two woodburning fireplaces, and customized our trim inside with plinth blocks. We ordered major lighting fixtures over the Internet and worked with their electricians to install them for us. They allowed us to use custom Cathedral style windows and when we only wanted one, Ms. Ginny Beyer wisely alerted us that the frontage of our home would lend itself much better to two of these windows. We were impressed by the initiative Ms. Beyer took in wanting to improve our house.
